1. About BEGU Deals
BEGU Deals is a classifieds marketplace operated by BEGU Corporation OÜ (Estonia) with a regional office in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo. BEGU Deals connects buyers and sellers so they can communicate inside the platform. BEGU Deals never holds transaction funds; payments for goods are arranged directly between users.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use BEGU Deals. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Publishing a listing requires Account Verification (your device's fingerprint / Face ID).
3. Listings and conduct
You may only list items you are legally entitled to sell. Prohibited items, misleading descriptions, spam, harassment, and attempts to move payment or contact off-platform to defraud other users are not allowed. BEGU Deals may remove listings, lock conversations, or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. Payments
BEGU Deals processes payments only for its own optional services (for example Featured Listings). It is not a party to, and takes no commission on, sales between users.
5. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". BEGU Deals is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed by users, nor for the truth of any listing. Always follow the Safety Tips.
6. Changes
These Terms may change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
