Before you meet
- Keep the conversation inside BEGU Deals. A verified badge next to a seller's name means their phone number was confirmed.
- Ask for extra photos and a clear description. Be cautious with prices that look too good to be true.
Meeting in person
- Meet in a public, busy place during the day. Bring someone with you if you can.
- Inspect and test the item fully before you hand over any money.
- Never pay in advance or send money to "reserve" an item you have not seen.
Payments
- Prefer cash on collection or a payment method you both trust, completed at the meeting.
- BEGU Deals never asks for your password, card details, or one-time codes.
If something feels wrong
- Stop the transaction. Use the Report button on the listing, profile, or message, and block the user if needed.
- Contact our Safety & Moderation team through the footer form.
