Delete your BEGU Deals account

This page explains how to delete your BEGU Deals account (website begudeals.com and the BEGU Deals app, operated by BEGU Corporation OÜ) and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion 1. In the BEGU Deals app, open Account and tap "Delete my account", or go to https://begudeals.com/contact on any device. 2. Send us a message with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address or phone number linked to your account, and include your username. 3. We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation.

Data we delete - Your account: email address, phone number, password, name, username and profile photo. - Your listings and their photos. - Your seller verification documents and passkeys. - Your favourites and notifications. - The contents of the messages you sent (deleted or anonymised).

Data we keep, and for how long - Records of reports and moderation actions involving your account: up to 12 months, to protect other users and prevent banned accounts from returning. - Crash reports and error logs: up to 90 days. - Data we must keep by law (for example in case of a legal claim): for the period the law requires.

Deleting some data without deleting your account You can delete your listings, change your profile details and remove your profile photo yourself at any time in the app or on the website. For any other data, contact us at https://begudeals.com/contact.
